Low-Temperature Dehumidification Sludge Dewatering
The low-temperature dehumidification sludge dryer consists of a thermal circulation system and a hot air drying circulation system.

The hot air drying system uses circulating hot air in direct contact with the sludge to provide heat for moisture evaporation and to carry away the water from the sludge. The difference from conventional drying processes is that there is no discharge of hot and humid air. Instead, through two closed-loop circulation systems, the water in the sludge is finally removed as liquid water, achieving sludge drying.
